The Making of Praktikum Lab at Social Media Week Berlin, 19-23 September 2011
Great to see that Peer2peer skillsharing initiatives (like the one in cologne a while ago) are popping up all over the world. This time in Berlin. Have a look at the making of Praktikum Lab that took place during the Social Media Week in Berlin.
Here is what they say about the Praktikum Lab on their website:
Together with Jovoto, Startnext, and Social Media week Berlin we’re hosting a series of micro-classes. Walk in and become part of the installation as a teacher, a student, or both!
We want you to teach something! Think of something you know that could be valuable to someone else. It should be something specific that you can share in 15-30 minutes, something that you can teach using things that you have with you, and something that people can practice on the spot. Think – how to tie a neck tie, a bird call, a negotiation technique, or how to cache a map on your mobile phone…
We want you to learn something! You can learn things like: how to take Polaroids using Impossible Project film, an ancient Japanese technique to release an arm grip, how to spread a complex idea, and how to be happy all the time…
ProgramHere’s what’s on so far… Can you teach a micro-class? Pop in or tweet us @praktikumlab
